Production line of manufactured sand at present,mostly utilize a wet production craft.Regardless adopting any style of the sand washer,the biggest drawback is that the fine sand (≤0.16mm) runs off seriously.Sometime the ratio for the lost sand may reach 20%.This not only decreases the yield,but also seriously influences the sand gradation,which results in unreasonable gradation and coarse fineness modulus,which largely reduces the product quality of the manufactured sand.Overmuch fine sand emission will cause environmental pollution.

In order to solve the above questions,we research and manufacture the SS series sand collecting system,which is designed on the base of absorbing the world advanced technology.They are utilized widely in aggregate processing system,glass raw material processing system,the production line of manufactured sand,and so on;they can solve the fine sand recovery questions.

1. The system is composed of the motor, pump, cyclone,vibrating screen,pool and recycling box.
2. Working principle:The compound of sand and water is transported to cyclone; the fine sand after centrifugal classification and concentration is provided to the vibrating screen by the grit mouth;sand and water are effectively separated after the dehydration of vibrating screen.Through Recycling Box, fine sand and mud and so on returned again to the purge tank and are discharged from the exit when the liquid surface of purge tank is too high.The weight concentration of the material recovered by the vibrating screen is 70%- 85%.Fineness modulus can be adjusted by changing the pump speed and mortar concentration,adjusting the overflow of water and replacing the sand mouth.Thus these three functions of cleaning,dehydration,and grading will be finished.
